There should be a serious overhaul of the cleaning protocols!!! The maintenance issues are glaring, and the decor is outdated and uninviting!!! Consider replacing stained towels and ensuring rooms match their advertised standards!!!

The whole experience was quite comfortable, no complaints, would recommend. Overall I loved that reasonably priced hotel. Booked a room in sheets had. Good facilities, everything you could wish for.

The location is prime, with convenient access to numerous stores. The staff was friendly and willing to assist when I had questions about my stay.
There were noticeable cleanliness issues that detracted from the experience.

Got a refund. Picture shown is NOT this property. There was one pool and it was a scary shade of foggy green. Men drinking alcohol next to only stairwell to access 2nd level and above.

I was very upset with the service. The televisions in my room was not working and I was not changed to another room. The wifi was not working. In the middle of the night water was dripping in my room. I was on the first floor I thought and still don't know if that was someone bathroom.They claim it was rain water. I really hated the experience and my children was not happy at all.

The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing after a long day. Free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus. I appreciated the location close to local attractions and dining options. It was a satisfactory experience 😊

The room was clean and comfortable.
Loud music kept us up long after we needed to be asleep. It seemed to be one of those places that is more and more about locals who rent by the week rather than visitors. It was much better a few months ago. We asked for 15 extra minutes for checkout and was told we would have to pay for an extra night.
